Just because it's never been done doesn't mean it can't be done. 

You can attract positive energy into your life. But it takes daily practice.

1. Understand your focus

What do you pay attention to every day?

Keep track of your progress rather than being distracted by your lack of success. The pain of a hard past can destroy you or dignify you. It's your choice. Know that you must get up when you are knocled down, even when you are bruised all over. Turn your hurt into healing, your wounds into wisdom and your pain into power. YOur experience with pain and rejection can provide the ammunition you need to get you ahead of the game. The pain of failure will give you unparallelled strength. Revel in that honour, because every knock back makes you stronger and worthier to get back up

Focus on the things that are going well and you will become great at navigating challenges and raising your confidence. Self-belief in times of doubt is what will help you through the hardships of the darkest days.

2. Meditate

This will help you pull away from the negative patterns you have in your life and focus instead on positive patterns you want to implement. You must first learn about humility. Integrity is more important than income. Honour is richer than fame. Self-worth is wealthier than net worth. Success comes in a bigger form…one involving your participation and presence in this world.

3. Write down your worries

Clear your mind by writing down what worries you will remove, and the oppressive energy that anxiety brings. When you look at your list later, you will realise that all of the things you worried about were not worth your energy.

4. Start a gratitude journal

Understanding and appreciating your blessings will give you a boost of the good energy you want to attract. This is a great way to raise your positive energy.

5. Write down your goals

This will help you take steps toward making your goals realities. This also raises your positive energy so that you can attract the people who will help you. Every single day that is dedicated to your big dream is a success in itself. Begin to make incremental changes so that you can achieve your goals.

6. Visualise your goals

Read your goals when you get up in the morning, and before bed. Really connect with how it will feel to accomplish them. Dream big. Start small. Begin now.

7. Breathe from your diaphragm

Diaphragmatic breathing keeps you calm when you make decisions. It will also help you feel content and relaxed.
