Antioxidant energy balls

Ingredients:

100g raw cacao powder
200ml coconut oil
100g dried (sulphur-free) currants
70 ml pitted dates
100g dessicated coconut (+ extra for rolling)
70ml raw honey/maple syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon 
Pinch sea salt.
 
Method:
 
Place currants and dates in a small bowl with enough warm water just to cover.
Soak for 10 minutes.
 
Add entire contents of the bowl plus add the other remaining ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
 
Refrigerate the mixture to allow it to harden a little bit.
Scoop out a bit of mix at a time and roll into balls of desired size.
Roll in dessicated coconut, place on a tray and refrigerate.
