Cabbage and Mint Salad

Cabbage                        whole, white, 275-325g    
Onion                             1 finely chopped, red.
Green chilli, fresh           1 finely chopped and seeded (milder flavour)
Natural yoghurt               2-3 tbls - thick set
Mint                                 2 tsp
Garlic, fresh                    2 cloces, minced
Salt                                 1/2 tsp, or to taste
• Grate the cabbage, using the coarse side of the grater and place in a mixing bowl.
• Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
• Place the salad into a serving dish, cover and chill before serving
Preparation time: Takes about 10 minutes.
Serves 6
