Cacao and Chocolate
Cacao is a medicinal superfood bean. For thousands of years, cacao was literally a medicine, and used as a powerful healer for people throughout central and south America. Here are some if the benefitsof cacao:

• It improves cardiovascular health, due to antioxidants and flavanols.

Cocoa and Cacao are not the same. Cocoa is created from cacao. It is usually mixed with sugar and milk… we call it chocolate.
