Chilli Sauce

Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil - 4-5 tbs
Red chillies - 3, de-seeded and chopped
Shallots - 4, chopped
Garlic - 2 cloves, finely crushed
Parsley - 2 tbs, freshly chopped
Seasoning to taste
 
Heat the oil, add chillies, shallots and garlic.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add parsley and seasoning.
This sauce goes well with steamed cauliflower, zuchini, pumpkin, broccoli or green beans.
Enjoy.
