Losing just 2% of your body’s water puts you into a state of dehydration. This is when the headaches start, you feel fatigued, and your brain stops working optimally. Most people compensate, but the worst way to stay hydrated is with sugary, color-filled “sports” drinks or alcohol.

Here are some splendid ways to drink more water, infuse your body with a blend of hyper-hydrating nutrients, antioxidants, and detoxifying agents, and enjoy it.

• Make a jug with slices of cucumber and strawberry. Let it set overnight to get numerous additional health benefits, along with cool, refreshing flavour and a touch of sweetness.

• Make a jug with lemon slices and grated ginger. This zesty water is both alkalising and detoxifying. 

• Make up a jug with a few slices or orange, apple, strawberry and fresh mint leaves. Enjoy.

These are also been known to restore your youthful, healthy glow, reduces stress within minutes, and help manage appetite.
