Garlic Sauce

Stale, wholemeal bread - 10 slices (250g)
Garlic - 5 cloves, crushed
Cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil - 1/4 cup (60ml)
Lemon juice - 2 tbs
Purified water - 1 tbs
Ground almonds - 2 tbs
Pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste
 
Trim crusts from bread and soak in cold water for 2 minutes.
Drain and squeeze as much water as possible away. 
Combine bread and remaining ingredients with pepper and salt to taste.
Mix well.
Enjoy
 
Makes approx. 1.5 cups
