Herb Vinaigrette Dressing

Parsley leaves - 1 cup
Chives or Spring onions - 2 tbs, chopped
Basil - 1 tsp, dried
Garlic - 1 medium clove, peeled
Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil - 3/4 cup
Purified water - 1/4 cup
Brown rice vinegar - 3 tbs
Tarragon - 1 tsp, dried
Prepared mustard - 1.5 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
 
Mince parsley.
Chop chives.
Blend remaining ingredients until smooth,
then add the parsley and continue to blend
adjusting the liquid content if necessary.
 
Spoon over salad before serving.
 
Enjoy.
 
Makes 1 1/3 cups
