Lemon and Herb Tofu

Ingredients:

1 packet firm tofu
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
Cracked pepper 
 
Method
 
For the marinade, place all the ingredients (except for the tofu) into a bowl and mix well.
Place the Tofu in this marinade for 1/2 an hour.
Make sure to leave a little of the marinade for serving.
 
Using a nonstick frying pan, add 1 tbls oil, and then add the Tufu.
Cook for 3-4 mins on each side, until browned and cooked through.
Remove from heat.
Drizzle with left over marinade and let stand for a couple of minutes before serving.
