Peanut Butter Biscuits

Ingredients
Red lentil flour                1/2 cup
Smooth peanut butter     1/2 cup
Raw Sugar                      3/4 cup
Egg                                  1, lightly beaten
Vanilla essence                1 tsp
 
• Preheat oven to 180™C.
• Line two baking trays with baking paper
• In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.
• Drop tablespoons of mixture 3 cm apart onto trays. Flatten
• Bake for 10 minutes, or until slightly golden.
• Allow to cool on trays.
• Enjoy

Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves 20
