Super- Power Smoothie

 2 tablespoons of raw almonds
1 large handful, roughly chopped kale, spinach, collards, or a combination
1 peeled, ripe banana, cut into several pieces
1 cup unsweetened coconut water
1 tablespoons of pitted dates
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until completely uniform in colour and all the greens are pulverised.
Serve immediately.
