Sweet Potato and Banana Loaf - gluten free

Almond Flour  1.5 cups
Sweet Potato   1 large, cooked and mashed
Banana            1 medium, mashed
Egg                  1 lightly beaten
Baking powder 1 tsp
Sea Salt            1/2 tsp
Sweetener of your choice
Butter for serving
• Pre-heat the oven to 350F/180C.
• Mix all the ingredients together and place in a greased loaf pan, or individual muffin gtrays.
• Place in over for 20-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
• If in a loaf pan, leave to set, then cut into slices and serve warm with melted butter.
