Vegan Chocolate Mousse

If you have a sweet tooth, you are going to love this healthy version

1 ripe avocado
2-3 Tbsp cacao powder (unsweetened)
1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
Liquid stevia, to taste
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Scoop out avocado and combine it with the cocoa powder, coconut milk, vanilla and stevia in a food processor.
If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut milk to thin it out.
For best results, refrigerate until chilled.
