Om Bhur Bhuvah Svaha
Tat Savitur Varenyam
Bhargo Devasya Dhimahi
Dhiyo yo nah prachodayat.
Om. Shanti, Shanti, Shanti.
         Rig Veda (Mandala 3.62.10)

Since the days of the ancient yogīs, the Gayatri mantra has been incanted daily by millions of devotees. It is a prayer to the “light beyond the light” to illumine all the worlds.

Gayatri refers to the Vedic metre in which the verse is composed. Its recitation is traditionally preceded by oṃ and the formula bhūr bhuvaḥ svaḥ, is known as the mahāvyāhṛti, or "great (mystical) utterance"

In this mantra, there is no deity, no force of nature which is called upon. The words are a poetic offering to the transcendent supreme light alone. Anyone, from any religion, can chant this mantra with a sincere heart. Its powerful, clear, pure vibration will help you:

- Cultivate increased mental clarity and critical thinking
- Stay calm under pressure
- Make better choices faster
- Develop improved self control
- Enhance focus and concentration
- Be more likely to accept change
- Increase your motivation
- increase your mind power
- Improve problem solving
- Manage stress
- Intensify your inner voice
- Sweep away the debris that clouds your true Self
- Awaken intelligence, discrimination and the capacity for deep insight
- And more...
