Q: I have two left feet and have never taken a dance class before, which class should I start with?
A: We recommend all students to start with Beginners to introduce your body to the style of dance . You are able to switch to the level of your choice at any time you wish.
Q: How long are the class packages valid for?
A: A 10 session pass package is valid for use anytime within a 10 week course term.
Q: Can I take more than one class with my 10 session pass?
A: You are welcome to attend complimentary classes on a Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9:30am during the validity of your pass.
Q: What is the appropriate attire for class?
A: Comfortable, loose clothing as you would wear to the gym, or yoga studio.
Q: I wanted to come watch a class or take a trial class, is this possible?
A: Due to limited space in our classes and as a distraction to current students we do not allow anyone to watch a class and we do not offer trial classes.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Once you pre-register, your spot is held for that class(es). There are no refunds.
Q: Can I share my 10 session pass?
A: These classes are for the sole use of the registrant only.
Q: What happens if I miss a class, do I lose my hours which I purchased? How do I make up for what I missed?
A: You can attend one of the other classes that are learning the same routine as your regular class to catch up on routines you miss.
Q: Can I pay per class?
A: Yes, you can pay per session.
