The Shanti community (sangha) invites you to a regular Sunday Stroll - Hiking yoga, a social and healthy 'walk and talk' which takes advantage of the natural green space in urban areas to engage in a social and enjoyable outdoor experience. 
 
This is a wonderful way to enjoy the beautiful outdoors, local parks, broadwater and more, whilst chatting to like-minded people. All welcome. Families, children, pets. 
 
Wear your walking shoes, bring water, a sunhat and sunscreen. Being a yoga community, our activities are vegetarian, and alcohol and drug free.

Walk leaves every Sunday at 4pm, with our volunteer, Margo (head gardiner, Nirvana Wellness Sanctuary) as our leader, who shepherds us from The Shanti Yoga Centre, Scarborough Street, Southport, weather permitting (please confirm).
