Off campus distance education is by correspondence, via CD or notes, video, home study. As the sister science of yoga, Ayurveda plays a key role in the Shanti Yoga curriculum. These ancient holistic practices teach the importance of cultivating the subtle life force, or prana, and how to find balance in the body, mind, and spirit.

Students have a maximum of 3 years in which to complete this Certificate.
In this course there is no requirement for class attendance and you can enroll on a subject by subject basis. You have the flexibility to extend your completion date for up to 3 years . Clinic hours for massage, cooking and ALC practicum will need to be attended after the suitable study and criteria are met. This means that you can start straight away if you choose.
The syllabus and fees are exactly the same as studies on campus. With home study, you can save time, start any time you choose, retain your current job and lifestyle, learn at your own pace with no class room competition, and have ample time for completion.
Where practical assessment on campus is not possible, video assessment will be necessary.
