PROGRAM: The first part of the course will consist of an introduction to Ayurveda. Be introduced to Prakruti, the Ayurvedic constitution, the three doshas, the role of tissues in physical beauty and daily routines to enhance health and beauty. These include, massage, exercise, baths, fresh air, meditation, sleep, diet for natural beauty, and hand and foot massage. The second part is dedicated to practicing different five star Ayurvedic beauty treatments with information and education about Ayurvedic beauty, body and hair products. There are currently 7 different Nirvana Ayurvedic treatments taught in this course, ranging from: 

• a deep cleansing facial massage
• de-stressing head, upper back and upper chest massage
• ear massage
• Ayurvedic skin care and anti-wrinkle treatment
• Ayurvedic skin care and treatments for dry, pigmented, acne skin
• Rejuvenating treatment, 
• Anti-cellulite treatment
• Firming treatment and Mini face lift
