Thank you for choosing to enrol into one of The Health Institute's courses. The next step is to complete your application for enrolment and submit your completed form to our office via fax, email, post or in person. 

 

Once you have submitted your application form you will be notified within 7 days with your COE should your application be successful. Upon receiving your CEO course fees must be made to secure your admission to The Health Institute's courses.
