Introduction to Mindfulness, the Art of Conscious Living is a short course which is completely online, with easily understandable explanations and reflections. You can access the lessons from anywhere and at any time as long as you have an internet connection. Simple! The course is self-paced, so if you get behind, you can catch up at any time and review past lessons at your convenience.

Mindfulness requires little more than your being attentive to your breath. It does not require uncomfortable positions or props. It can be done anywhere, anytime, and only needs your consciousness in the present, in order that you may touch the wonders of life available to you in that moment.

IMMERSION
