History
Peter and Shanti Gowans bought the property in 2003 and transported a pre-loved Queenslander to the site in 2004. Nirvana has been in operation since 2005 and for such a newly developed facility, presents an environment of beautiful lawns, organic herb and vegetable gardens, fruit tree orchard, perfume garden and Nirvana's own sub-tropical rain forest.
The site overlooks the ocean with the great eastern sun arising over the horizon of the Gold Coast on the east, is protected on the west, and is open, allowing the sky to descend. The expansive energy of the site is optimal for practices associated with nourishing and benevolent energy and is conducive to cultivating the vast mind.
