One day you will reach a point where you know that it is normal for you to love well and fully.
It's certainly not that we don't have enough information about how to love.
Many of us don't have the ability, because we weren't loved ourselves.
For many of us, ours wasn't always a lovable world.
Nor are all people loving or easy to love.
To make matters worse many of us have been raised in families that have taught us the opposite…to be non-loving.

You fill your life with love by first learning to love yourself.

When we are not acting in loving ways to others, it is invariably because something unacceptable is going on inside us.
When something is missing within us…a lack of self-esteem, self-worth, self-love…people appear to bother or annoy.
It really has nothing to do with "them."
It's easy to find fault in others, but much more difficult to look at ourselves and our own faults with honesty.
We are often in denial about our own faults… we don't like to see them too clearly.
After taking a look at our own flaws, some of which we can change, others we simply have to accept.

We eventually realise that our faults are those parts of us that need ongoing work. Rather than insisting that we are perfect and that everyone else is to blame, we now begin to love and accept ourselves, and find that it is easier to extend love and acceptance to others.
We are free to start loving
the less than perfect parts of other people as well.
To fully love others, first we have to feel love for ourselves.
Let love in…
Even with all of our healing, it is often easier for us to act in a loving manner than to acknowledge the love of others or to trust in their love.
In withholding you not only starve your own heart, but at the same time deprive your partner's heart the joy of giving.

Love is not something that you must create.
It is your essence…the fundamental energy that both defines and nourishes you.
It is your birthright.
From creation you are on a journey encountering obstacles along the way not overpowering something outside you but letting go of something inside you to reclaim your birthright.
Like clouds passing over the sun temporarily blocking its warmth, your life may oscillate between joy and sadness, but your essence, like the sun, continues to shine.

Keep your heart open…Risk vulnerability… let go of past hurtful experiences that block your ability to love and allow others to love you.
Really see the beauty of another being… the inherent beauty of a soul manifesting itself… and feel a quality of love in that being's presence.
When you see the beloved all around you, everyone is family and everywhere is love.
It doesn't matter what you're doing… you could be talking about your computer because you happen to be picking up software in the store, or you could simply be passing each other on the road… when you are being love, you extend outward an environment that allows others to act differently, in more loving and peaceful ways than they are used to behaving.
Not only does it allow them to be more loving, it encourages them to be so.

In your relationships, your work, your community spend time with children struggling bravely to read;
allow your family and others the space and opportunity to share their lives, their dreams, their tears; Really try to see through the other's eyes.

Simply be love, doing whatever it is you do… a caring presence for each person to flow through the traffic of life rather than resist it,
Love is so important.
When you are in pain if someone is there for you, loving you, you receive the greatest gift in the world and you ultimately hurt a lot less.

You affect the world every moment, whether you mean to or not.
Your actions and states of mind matter because you are so deeply interconnected with one another.
One kind deed can make a world of difference and you may never even know it.
Work on your own consciousness as the most important thing you can do at any moment, and being love is the supreme creative act.
Fill your life with love, both giving and receiving.
See the love, the miracles, the beauty around you…more love enters your life and the universe opens up and envelops you in love.

The more you love, the greater your ability to love… and the process perpetuates itself.
A wonderful expanding circle begins to take place, a giant circle of love that begins with you.
Love the world and the people in it and you find this love manifests itself and returns to you.
You attract kindred souls into your lives.
Giving your love away… freely and without expectation soon fills your life with love … and you set others on the path of love and peace.

The true blessing of love comes when you don't need to do something for someone but you do it anyway, for no other reason than your desire to be loving.
