RETREAT PROGRAM


Friday
1. 7-9 pm Inspiring evening. Spiritual Teaching.* Starts or ends in guided Meditation.


Saturday
2. 7-8.30am Calm abiding Meditation workshop. The mind is trained to be peaceful and focused.
8.30am Breakfast.
3. 10am-12.30 Shanti Yoga workshop 1. Well-being.
*When the mind touches the body cells respond.
12.30 Delicious Indian vegetarian lunch.
4. 1.30-2.30pm Dialogue and group discussion
5. 2.30-3.30 Yoga Nidra 1, deep, deep relaxation.
Treatments comes from the outside, but healing comes from within the stillness of total relaxation.
3.30pm Afternoon tea break
6. 4.00-5.30pm Breath work - Chanting & pranayama.* Be uplifted through the inhaled breath and powerful sacred words that transform into the lightness of being.
7. 5.30-7 pm Satsang “in the company of truth".
Enlightened teachings with a true master of Yoga who has an intimate understanding of and adherence to, the vast body of Yogic knowledge. Opportunities to ask questions.


Sunday
8. 7-8.30am Meditation for an open heart and awakened mind.
When the mind is silent, the heart is at peace
8.30am Breakfast.
9. 10am-12.30 Shanti Yoga Workshop 2. Wisdom in action.*
Warm ups, fix its, classical resting poses.
12.30 Delicious Indian vegetarian lunch.
10. 1.30-2.30pm Dialogue and group discussion
11. 2.30-3.30 Yoga Nidra 2. Psychic sleep. Deep,deep, relaxation, spontaneous healing, inspiring spiritual journeys. Visit your sacred space.
12. 3.30-4.30pm Closing spiritual discourse.
