CLASS DESCRIPTION


Shanti Yoga Peace...mind-body wellbeing, neuro-rehab, calms the nervous system. Slow, remedial healing.
Shanti Yoga Flow...stimulates the breath, chakras, increases energy,
vitality and solar flow.
Shanti Yoga Gentle...elongates the back, tones, energizes, harmonises the flow of energy in the body.
Relaxation (Nidra)...promotes deep relaxation and self-healing, leading to a blissful experience where the body is able to totally let go.
Breathe (Pranayama)...the healing breath. The breath is the ultimate power behind the universe and is central to the healing process.
Meditation...is the first step towards a calmer life, greater clarity of
mind and releases strength and wisdom in our lives.
Shanti Yoga for Children...makes the body and mind strong and healthy, helping children to be happy, peaceful and full of good energy. It gives them excellent foundations for life.
Shanti Yoga Stretch & Tone...stretch and tone the whole body. For those who want a shorter yoga class.
Shanti Yoga detoxercise...Boost energy and immunity levels. Relax. get rid of the stuff you don't want. Develop core strength. Stretch and tone the body. Maintain health and wellbeing.


Chanting - Lifts your spirits and opens your heart. Join in the fun and if

Walk & Talk...a stroll to the Broadwater with yoga friends. Get active and
healthy whilst enjoying a chat with like-minded people, leaving from the
Shanti Yoga centre and back in time for the Healing Breath class.
Dialogue and Discussion - Guided by Yoga master Shantiji. Join the discussion group with like-minded people. (free)

30 Day Pass - includes Bollywood (Tuesdays and Thursdays 9.30am) $88
Annual Pass - (includes one weekend retreat to the value of $445) $795

Children¹s Yoga - FREE to TMI Monthly/Annual members,
or Prepay 6 sessions $45, Single session $ 11
Bollywood Course - Prepay 10 sessions $165 or $25 Single session
