Shantiji visits Melbourne every three months or so and conducts a weekend of holistic, spiritual yoga practice and philosophy, at Southern Yoga and Health Centre, which is on the first floor, @ 24 Station Street, Moorabbin. Shantiji has the open heart of helping everyone, from the total beginner to the seasoned practitioner. Although the program is deep and its practices are directed, one of the nicest things about being with Shantiji is that she makes the complex Yogic, Vedic and Buddhist philosophy, practices and awareness surprisingly simple, fun and do-able. These effective, holistic programs, based on decades of experience and the wisdom practices of the East, taught with a healthy dose of lightness, tenderness, commitment and play.
