Silence, retreat, and meditation are the main ingredients many people are discovering
to find and live in the heart of awareness. These are precious days, free from your daily story and all that you are doing.

Silence is therapeutic on all levels and at the same time is a doorway to inner peace.
Silence naturally washes the noise within you. It is the medicine that balances a stressful life.

It becomes the inner resource of gentleness, love, and grace that creates a bridge from your heart into the world. It is the doorway into your own spirituality, truth, and wisdom.

Silence allows you the opportunity to stay with your own thoughts and inner experiences.
When you are not busy talking, your mind takes a rest.
Your heart becomes available.
This sacred silence is in the vast quietude of your heart.

The gift of silence is having nothing to do, nothing to say, nothing to cover up, having time to enjoy solitude, quietness, and a gentle mind.
