At the Shanti Yoga Centre and Nirvana Wellness Sanctuary, we want to assure you that we are continuing to focus on the health and wellness of our community, and invite you to attend classes with us at our beautiful Southport Centre.
If you are among those at risk, we will help you maintain your health and safety through online consultations, take-home meals and Ayurvedic medicines.
If you who are ready for a break, a holy experience, a lovely weekend retreat, in a room with a view, or a 10-day holiday with a difference (18-27 September), where you can discover the ancient and holistic art of rejuvenation by aligning with nature in the spring, inclusive of daily health talks, vegetarian cooking classes, love, happiness, and delicious Ayurvedic vegetarian meals, yoga, meditation and so much more.
