They take place in a beautiful, non-commercial and peaceful setting in the mountains of Beechmont. There are no crowds, industrial noise, air or water pollution. The place is peaceful. You can be one with Mother Nature. The atmosphere is warm and open. The goal of a spiritual path is to be free, relaxed, light-hearted and playful.

Visually seductive and immersed in the majesty of nature, from sea to summit, the panoramic view surrounds you with the sights and sounds that transform, enrich and inspire. Be truly awed by the powerful effect that nature’s classroom provides. These retreats marry intentional rest and downtime, nourishment and peace, wisdom talks, community, contemplation on change and action, with deep restful yoga stretching, nature walks, delicious food, optional massages and more. Everyone is welcome. Packages range from 2 days up to 2 weeks. You can mix and match for an extended stay. Each program
includes accommodation, delicious meals, program activities, stress busters in the form of easy, gentle yoga, breathing, meditation, stress and pain management, deep relaxation, lifestyle talks and full use of facilities. Ayurvedic consultations, detox medicines and treatments are optional extras. You can add these to your retreat.

Retreat dates and availability must be confirmed by payment. If you have made your payment online, you will be contacted by email or phone, regarding confirmation of your booking. Please await confirmation before you make your travel and other arrangements in case the retreat is booked out or rescheduled.
