Use your breath to navigate through troubled times easily, gracefully and masterfully. How we breathe reflects who we are and the manner in which we express ourselves – physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Learn how to ‘breathe peace’ into your body, your mind, and the world.  It offers gentle, powerful, and easy-to-follow, yoga breathing and visualisation instructions, to soothe away tiredness, stress and illness.

Mindfulness and Yoga Breathing is the simplest and fastest way to instantly change your body chemistry and create energy and focus. It is intimately coupled with your neurology and physiology, and you can experience clarity of mind and relaxation in an instant. Experience the healing of self-awareness, focus, mindfulness and the breath’s energy, called prana, to prevent burnout, supercharge your immune system, increase physical healing, focused relaxation, inner peace and the power within you that responds to stress, illness, pain and fear.

Breathing properly increases our longevity and supports our quest for well-being, self-realisation and self-transformation. Breathing Peace focuses on learning to breathe in a natural, healthy way that can help with various medical conditions including insomnia, low energy, high blood pressure and so on. It’s about how to breathe consciously for optimal health, bringing healing energy to the body and peace to the mind.

The session offers gentle, powerful, and easy-to-follow, yoga breathing and visualisation instructions, to soothe away tiredness, stress and illness. It incorporates the body with universal awareness, diaphragmatic breathing for pulmonary health, the complete (three-part) yoga breath and sound (vibrational healing) to help you find your home in the breath.

The breath is the ultimate power of the cosmos. Central to the healing process, it is our first and last possession – the natural rhythm of life and our link with the divine of all creation. Breathing irregularities foster disease. In this class, you will dissolve stress, relax your body and mind and open yourself fully and authentically to the transformative power of the spirit in action.
