SHANTI YOGA: FREEING THE BODY, FREEING THE MIND

Yoga is a practice that teaches the ethics of nonviolence, patience, honesty, and respect. The spiritual and ethical teachings of the yogic tradition need to be immediately relatable to your practice on the mat and in your every day relationships and activities.
