The depth of amazing artists in our community has inspired student Louise Brookes to present this end of term Arts Collective project and get together as one of her Diploma of Yoga Teaching projects. Spring Detox and Ayurvedic education

Very exciting news! After many years absence, ayurvedic Dr. Manish Patwardhan BAMS is coming from India especially to lecture at the Nirvana detox retreat and is also offering ayurvedic consultations. To book for either, please click the link below

The lectures are included in your residential package, together with gentle, healing yoga, meditation, delicious Ayurvedic vegetarian meals and accommodation. Ayurvedic consultations are to be booked and paid for separately. Everyone is welcome to book a consultation with Dr Manish Patwardhan, while there is availability, even if not attending the 10-day residential retreat. All consultations will be conducted at Nirvana Wellbeing retreat centre.
