IS IT YOUR TIME?


Despite exponential advances in machine intelligence transforming society in ways we can barely imagine, increasing Earth changes and astonishing upheavals in society, little did we know what was in store for us… COVID-19 appeared to be the beginning of a major planetary “spiritual dark night of the soul” for all of humanity.

The collapse of the old paradigm is serving as a major catalyst for an evolutionary process, which is happening at a collective level. Now that we are halfway through 2021, humanity is experiencing a glimmer of hope with a potential emerging out of this “dark night”.

We are now in the process of integrating huge personal and collective lessons, insights, clearings, and a new focus towards creating a new life and a new world. Not only have many of society’s major dysfunctions come to the surface to be revealed and healed, but every person in the world has also gone through a very personal intense journey. Whatever is not in the highest alignment to support our deeper yearning to evolve at this time, will come up clearly and strongly to be dealt with, both in the collective and personally. Each person has the opportunity to clear what is holding them back, and advance towards the goal of raising their frequency to the next level possible for them in their evolutionary process.

Support for the personal and planetary process has never been stronger during these highly activated times. Your gifts and talents are needed now more than ever before.

It is time to step up your brilliance, visibility, confidence, passion, and highest purpose and make a huge leap forward into the larger life that’s calling you.

Our ability to evolve has never been stronger, whether it is utilising deep intuition, demonstrating the power of manifestation, or experiencing unity consciousness. The veils are getting thinner and thinner, so that we can access the support from our inner wisdom, guides, and all who are here to assist us, All we need to do is ask.

THE BREATH, THE BREATH, THE BREATH


There is nothing more essential to our health and wellbeing than breathing… taking air in, letting it out, and repeating this 25,000 times a day.

Yet, as a species, human beings have lost the ability to breathe correctly, with grave consequences.

Your lungs are your most vulnerable organ. They are at the frontline of your immune system. This does not simply refer to the effects of a virus or bacterial infection: your lungs are your number one predictor for your death. That’s how sensitive they are. And, of course, it’s the elders in our community who are affected the most.

The answers to “What went wrong and how to fix it?” are not found in pulmonology labs or medical clinics, but in the science of mindful breathing, which has its origins in traditional and classical yoga. Exploring the hidden science behind ancient breathing practices such as Pranayama reveals the longheld understanding about breath, and about how we breathe.

Modern research is showing us that making even slight adjustments to the way we inhale and exhale can jump-start athletic performance, rejuvenate internal organs, halt snoring, allergies, asthma, and autoimmune disease, and even straighten scoliotic spines. While this sounds magical, as if none of this were possible, nevertheless it is.

Drawing on thousands of years of medical texts and recent cutting-edge studies in pulmonology, psychology, biochemistry, and human physiology, the Yogic Complete Breath turns the conventional wisdom of what we thought we knew about our most basic biological function on its head.
