SOUTHPORT CAMPUS RELOCATION
Our Southport Campus has moved to Level 1/18 Rawlins Street, Southport. Come up and visit us.

It is indeed touching, humbling, and uplifting to be amongst the love and support from our community pertaining to our relocation. A few of you have mentioned that you have appreciated our generosity in holding the space and being here for you, supporting you through the ups and downs in your life, and during the pandemic Thank you for the feedback. We are still in our settling-in phase. Our lease in this building officially starts on the 1st of July, (when we will be at the Exceptional Wellbeing retreat), which is why it has been so comforting to be able to move in earlier. Classes resumed on Monday 20th June at our new centre.

TOUCH THE EARTH, CONNECT WITH WHOLENESS

Many of us have found that when we spend too much time indoors, on our computers, or continuously watching the news, we can easily become depressed and overwhelmed. As a result, our immune systems weaken and we become more vulnerable to illness and disease. Clearly, we need to change course if we wish to live a vibrant, healthy, and balanced life.
It is our good fortune that there is a natural way to bring the mind-body back into balance, and more importantly, enable us to maintain it, with a self-care system that has survived the test of time, namely nature. Gabe and Gene are fairly regular in the garden on Sundays, and if you would like to join them, please feel free to come and spend a Sunday at Nirvana.
For this reason, we have changed our ‘Touch the Earth’ at Nirvana Wellbeing Retreat to Sundays. Feel welcome to come up for Morning Meditation or Yoga at 7:30 am, and then after breakfast, do a 4-hour stint in the garden to be ready for Sonja’s delicious Ayurvedic vegetarian lunch.
