Studio
The studio is spacious, filled with light, appropriate for yoga and dance lessons and workshops, meetings and gatherings. Openable glass doors allow fresh air and access to the balcony. It has split-system air-conditioned. A podium, mirrors, timber floor, data projector, a surround sound stereo system, yoga mats, cushions, blankets and props for your use. This is a no ‘outdoor shoes’ zone. Outside the studio is a rack provided for footwear.
Lecture Room
The Lecture Room is spacious, fully air-conditioned, has two whiteboards, a computer, overhead data projector, and 12 student desks and a L-shaped corner desk. It also has an electric kettle and a microwave.
Board Room/Meeting Room
Comfortably furnished with lounge chairs around a cofffee table, and a dining tale and side-board. It has split-system airconditioning, and openable glass doors which allow fresh air and access to the balcony.
Therapy/Beauty Room
The Therapy Room is fully furnished with massage table, towels, towel warmer and shirodhara machine. If you have regular bookings, you are most welcome to use our towels, which is included in the room hire, but you must launder and return them in an approved condition, and in a timely manner. All you need to bring are you lotions/oils and other consumables.
Consultation Room
The intimate consulting space sits on one end of the therapy room, with its own table and chairs.

- Reception Area offers sitting and hanging out space, couches and chairs while your clients are waiting. There is also a small retail shop.
- Whiteboards and easily connectable data projectors are provided, and need to be booked in advance.
- The Kitchen has a fridge, a sink, a couple of microwaves, and kettles for making tea and coffee. We provide dishwashing liquid and tea towels. This is a vegetarian environment. We do not support or tolerate dead flesh (meat or fish) in our fridges, microwaves etc.

Conditions for Hire
- Deposit must be pre-paid to ensure your booking. Rates include Shanti Yoga reception.
- Rates do not include GST.
- Rooms will be provided clean and tidy. Rooms must be returned clean and tidy.
- Alternatively, we will provide a cleaner, and an extra fee will apply, which will be deducted from your bond.
- Any breakages/damages need to be reported and paid for.
- You must provide your own consumables, or we can supply you for an extra fee. Please allow for set up and set down time when making your booking.
- Kitchenette must be kept spotless. All dishes must be washed, dried and put away.
