Evolving through the Health Institute Australasia, our training weaves decades of embodied practice with Vedic wisdom, ancient healing, and meditation to help you become a clear, ethical, and embodied leader. Choosing this path is a commitment to how you live, lead, and serve.
The Responsibility of Lineage
Shanti Yoga has a long history of service. Shanti Gowans has dedicated her life to healing communities worldwide, a mission we continue through scholarships and free activities. As a certified Shanti Yoga teacher, you will be required to continue this lineage of karma yoga and accessibility which could include offering free classes to underserved communities and other selfless forms of service.
What You Are Stepping Into
This training is a deep dive into physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Through guided meditations, yoga and movement sequences, breathwork, and the intelligent use of prana, you will learn to:
