Mindful Living, Mindful Being
March 2, 2026All things arise out of a vast and powerful stillness beyond words. From this infinite ocean of emptiness—a nothingness without beginning or end—here is only what is. It cannot be perceived through the senses; there are no eyes to see it, no ears to hear it, no tongue to taste it, and no nose to smell it. In this state, no self can be found.
Sensory perception would only obscure this reality; eyes would blind it, ears would deafen it, and a tongue would render it tasteless. The entire manifest world arises from this landscape of silence, playing out as a cosmic dance of colour, form, and motion within this spaciousness. The mind merely ripples on its surface; When movement in the mind ceases, the ripples cease. In that stillness, is Oneness, a raging silence and a volcanic peace from which all things arise, unfold and to which they return.
Throughout history, many have tried to name the nameless, yet all names are merely pointers to that which can never be spoken. To shrink the immeasurable into belief-sized chunks is nothing but idolatry.
The divine is present everywhere. Your hands, your legs, and the breath that moves through you are all expressions of the divine. The heartbeat in your chest is the heart of the divine. Often too preoccupied with seeking, we fail to notice the secret shining through the emptiness. The miracle embrace of it all, unconditionally. Reality is a unified whole. Liberated from all things, liberation in all things, and liberation as all things is the divine mystery and the meaning behind your own beginning.
