The meaning behind your own beginning
March 9, 2026Nirvana Wellbeing Retreat Easter Time Programs:
Certain gatherings feel timely, even necessary, for the moment we’re living in. This is one of them.
We are participants in our own expression, not victims of our genes. While we arrive with the raw material for our lives, what we make of it is up to us; our beliefs, perceptions and consciousness play a profound role in shaping our biology and our reality.
During this retreat, we will explore heart-brain coherence and emotional resilience using practical tools from deep wisdom traditions. We will bridge science and spirituality in a grounded, empowering, and immediately usable way. This is not a series of lectures, but a shared experi ence — a space for open-hearted people ready to explore what it truly means to be human. If you feel called to deepen your understanding of your own potential, join us as we reclaim a level of power that changes everything.
Radical Peace - Silent Meditation retreat 2-6 April 2026
Calm your mind.
Slow down
and find a moment for inward reflection.
Remove yourself from the external pressure of productivity,
and allow yourself to just be.
Just sitting,
doing nothing at all.
Nothing to fix.
Nowhere to go.
Just walking.
Just eating.
Just being.
The word “just” points to the nature of your undivided attention.
This methodless method
is practiced without doing,
and without the meticulous, repeated letting go
of thoughts that obscure your clarity.
Meditation is not about zoning out.
It asks you to be present.
You don't need to transcend this moment.
Thoughts and emotions will rise to the surface.
Over time, your capacity to respond wisely,
rather than lash out, shut down or distract yourself, increases.
Serenity does not need to be performed.
Steadiness builds in your system.
More than “just sitting”,
as thought and movement are stilled,
awakening takes place.
Here you uncover the source of the subtle radiance
that is your natural state of mind.
Rest in bright, open awareness
where attention, stillness, and ease are present.
Meditation is a practice of infinite trust.
—trust that you can be with yourself
without attempting to change, fix, do, or attain anything.
Without striving or concentrating,
trust that when you just sit,
you are embodying awakening itself.
Becoming silent within yourself,
you will perceive life
in its utmost, unimaginable profoundness.
The Healing of Consciousness 6-12 April 2026
Love is the only thing that transforms the human heart
- a divine wisdom revealed through all spiritual teachings.
It takes the form of radical acceptance,
healing and radical forgiveness.
Love has the power to transform people
even in moments of self-hatred,
shame, guilt, or the desire for self-punishment.
When love is kind and sharing,
rather than belittling or punitive,
the heart opens.
Only then can we truly commit to making reparations
for the harm we may have caused.
It is important to remember that your thoughts and ways
may differ from another's.
Fear, anger, intimidation, and the threat of punishment
do not lead people to love.
Focusing on retribution leads to ego-satisfactation
and is eventually an unworkable solution
which situates us in a very unsafe and dangerous universe.
We cannot inspire others to reach peak motivation
by teaching them the lowest.
The world needs love now more than ever.
Love the people in the world into wholeness.
Pour gratuitous, unbelievable,
unaccountable, and irrefutable love
upon others until they finally cannot resist.
Unconditional love is supreme and victorious;
You win by ensuring others win.
Love fully succeeds when you can legitimise and validate human beings
in their original and total identity.
We may need to take the road less travelled
in our task to model the optimal path
and “imitate God”.
