Embarking on your journey
to wholeness and healing,
facing exhaustion, pain, and uncertainty,
rest assured in the knowledge
that it’s natural to feel overwhelmed
by the sheer demands of to-do lists,
the doggedness of achievement,
social and family needs, and
the number of diets, treatments, and advice
that you are being showered with.
Your journey is unique.
but know this:
you are not alone.
Take one breath at a time,
one step at a time,
and find joy in simple moments,
even when things get busy
and don’t go exactly as planned.
Rejection teaches you to let go of what didn’t want you.
Abandonment shows you how to stand on your own two feet.
Betrayal awakens your intuition.
Pain breaks your heart wide open.
Loneliness gives you permission to befriend yourself.
In the sacred space of self-reflection,
let grace be your guiding light,
and your compass
through the tough times.
Witness the incredible strength that emerges
when you refuse to give up.
Your journey is made of stardust.
Rise above the darkness,
Struggling is not the way.
Many have walked along this path before you
and have emerged all the stronger for it.
The pain that made you the odd one out
is the story that connects you to the healing world.
Shed all that you will never be
and hold on to all that you are.
Life’s journey requires
patience, self-compassion, and guidance.
When you feel like you can’t go on,
when doubt, and a sense of being overwhelmed and pain creep in,
remember that healing is a process.
The journey is not a clear, demarcated, linear path.
Setbacks are a part of the course.
Yet every step you take,
no matter how small,
is a victory.
Every moment you choose
hope over despair,
you come closer to strength and peace.
Do not define yourself by your illness/es,
weakness, imperfections, or mistakes.
Life is not about who you are not,
what you cannot do,
or what you don’t have.
Live in the Flow.
Focus on who you are
and what you can do
in this breath moment.
Life is incredibly forgiving.
You have an amazing capacity to heal.
Your spirit has the power to guide you
to help you seek a healthier world.
Your courage, resilience,
Your true and authentic Self
is always connected to
and aligned with
We struggle when we forget who we are.
You already have what you need.
Your greatness is not dependent
upon anything you accomplish.
As you navigate this journey,
accept that life is not always easy
and does not always follow a straight and convenient path.
Times of stress
are also times that are signals for growth.
Use adversity well
and grow through it.
Allow life to unfold through you
instead of putting your life
into boxes of expectations.
Life is not about control,
it is about liberation.
Beyond letting go,
free yourself from the ‘ have tos and’ ‘shoulds’ in your life,
Welcome everything that is,
and remember that it’s okay to ask for help.
Seek mentorship and guidance from professionals,
connect with those who understand,
and embrace the support of loved ones.
Today, I invite you to take in a deep breath
and imagine a future where you are thriving,
where you are living with radical acceptance,
free from the grip of negativity, pessimism, or illness.
No matter where you are on this path,
Don’t wait for a miracle,
Remember that I’m here to support you
every step of the way.
